Spring Fever will be releasing their new song “Take Me” this Friday, November 17th.

This is one of those songs that could have any number of meanings behind it. The premises behind it is being trapped in a world or mindset knowing that something is coming to an end. Knowing that all those around you that have you trapped know, but you don’t know how or when it is going to happen. This could have to do with life if general, maybe the greater power knows exactly how and when, but refuses to tell you. If this is all we have in this lifetime, then why can’t we know when it would end.

This could also be interpreted as to the possibility of our government taking over completely and taking all our rights away and turning us all into prisoners. There are many ways to interpret this song, but the most important piece is: If something bad is going to happen, why can’t they just let us know so that we are prepared for when the time comes.

Spring Fever is Matt Horner, Davo Billock, Andy Markov, and Adam Markov.
