I want to make sure I remember this: “This version is a stand-alone cinematic orchestral arrangement, a collaboration between Harvey Summers and me. I stumbled upon the idea when I turned off the rock instruments in the final mix of “Blue Blue Blue” in preparation for sending it off to the UK for replacement strings and final mastering. I then envisioned a different orchestrated version that could stand on its own, with its own unique story. I wanted this version to have its own existence in the universe, like a “Fraternal Twin,” which seemed poetically perfect.
