Lucius “Trey” Chambers, AKA, Young Fire is a 21-year-old Vicksburg, Mississippi native and an up
and coming independent rap artist. The oldest of four siblings, Young Fire has been writing and
rapping his own lyrics since the early age of 12. At the age of 15, Young Fire started a local rap
group, ABD. The group was short lived but it was a welcomed opportunity that helped him to
become the artist that he is today.
​Young Fire’s inspiration to become a rap artist comes from his genuine passion for music, and
growing up in a family where rap and hip-hop music was a business. Young Fire’s mother and
auntie managed local artists and had an in-home studio where Young Fire was often in the shadows
of other artists and producers.

​​Young Fire debuted his first official mixtape, My Family’s Keeper, on his family’s independent label,
Darkside Entertainment, LLC, fall of 2017. Young Fire’s sophomore project, From Dirt 2 Diamonds,
was recently released on Spinrilla and he is continuously taking advantage of opportunities to
expose himself as one of the hottest young rappers born and raised in the south.
