Travis Marks is a genre bending artist from Kansas City Missouri, the singer-songwriter and producer shares pieces of himself through stories of lyrics paired with different elements of electronic R&B and alternative pop music.

How long have you been making music?
I fell in love with music and started singing at 7 years old and have been writing my own songs at 14 years old.
What genre would you consider your music to be?
Alt-Pop and Electronic R&B.
What inspired you to pursue a career in music?
The live performances of michael jackson and my grandmother Madeline.
What are your biggest musical influences?
Dawn Richard, Moses Sumney, James Blake,JoJo and MJ.
Are you signed to a label or are you an independent artist?
I have an independent label imprint Golden Space Records.
What have been the biggest challenges in your music career?
Inspiration and drive when I’m at the beginning stages of a project i always have to push myself to see it through.
How many songs or albums have you released to date?
1 mixtape, 1 album, 4 EPs and several singles.
Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?
3 AM a track that dives deep into the aftermath of a relationship meltdown. The core of ‘3 AM’ is the desperate plea to mend what’s broken.
