Where are you based?
USA

How long have you been making music?
60 Years

What genre would you consider your music to be?
“I’d describe my music as cinematic blues rock — guitar-driven songs with strong storytelling, emotional themes, and modern production.”

What inspired you to pursue a career in music?
Cream’s 1968 release of Crossroads Live recorded on my Birthday March 10th 1968

What are your biggest musical influences?
My biggest musical influences come from the classic era of great songwriting and guitar-driven music. Artists like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, and Eric Clapton shaped my early love of melody and powerful guitar work. I’ve also always been drawn to blues legends like B.B. King and Muddy Waters, whose emotion and honesty still define great music for me. At the same time, I admire songwriters who tell vivid stories through their lyrics. Those influences all come together in my music—classic rock roots, blues soul, and songs that try to paint a picture and tell a story.

Are you signed to a label or are you an independent artist?
Indie

What have been the biggest challenges in your music career?
One of the biggest challenges in my music career has simply been persistence. Life took me down many different paths before music became my full-time creative focus again. After suffering a stroke in 1998, I actually had to relearn how to play guitar, which was both physically and mentally challenging. But that experience also deepened my connection to music. Another challenge has been navigating the modern music world as an independent artist—learning new technologies, distribution platforms, and ways to reach audiences. The upside is that today artists have more freedom than ever, and I’ve embraced tools like AI and modern production to help bring my songwriting visions to life.

How many songs or albums have you released to date?
174

Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?
“Sunrise” is a song about renewal and the quiet moment when hope returns after a long night. I wanted to capture that feeling many of us experience when life knocks us down but the world keeps turning and a new day begins. The imagery of the rising sun represents resilience and the idea that no matter how dark things may seem, there’s always another chance to move forward. Musically, the song blends my classic rock and blues influences with a cinematic atmosphere, allowing the emotion of the lyrics to really breathe. “Sunrise” is ultimately about finding light again and remembering that every day gives us another opportunity to start over.

Any plans for new music or upcoming projects we should know about?
Here’s a **press-ready answer** you can use: **Absolutely. I’m constantly writing and releasing new music. One of the projects I’m especially excited about is an album called *The Seven Keys*, where each song represents one of the seven chakras, but through real-world stories and experiences rather than abstract ideas. I’m also continuing to release new singles regularly and collaborating with an international team of musicians and producers who bring different styles and energy to the music. My goal is to keep the creative momentum going and continue exploring new sounds while staying true to the storytelling that defines my songs. There’s definitely a lot more music on the way.**
