Coz from SIMPLEMISSION is a Toronto, Canada born artist/writer/multi-instruments been releasing Indie music for over 2 decades. with many small accolades over the years including 2 Indie artist signed Agreements which included an invitation to Nashville to record some early acoustic releases along with endless live performing both in Canada and USA.
Passion is now to simply share his writing and music with the world in a time of great music platforms, surely ain’t winning any Grammy but sure as heck being fulfilled by all the new listeners around the world!

What genre would you consider your music to be?
Certainly a rocker but love crossing over and adding some pop and country elements
What inspired you to pursue a career in music?
Heard Ac/Dc for the first time at age 10 and never looked back!
What are your biggest musical influences?
Tough question as its a combo of great guitar players, bands and songwriters. From a guitar player perspective all the greats from Angus, Hendrix, Slash to modern day Mark Tremonti and list goes on. School of writing and how to create melody/Harmony have to tip my hat to The Beatles and Bon Jovi.
Are you signed to a label or are you an independent artist?
Indie all the way. Never caught my big wave and not sad about it as with todays amazing social platforms I am able to reach so many fans
What have been the biggest challenges in your music career?
Like everyone its hard to make a sustainable living from the financial side and from the musician side, finding others that share you passion is a tough challenge but my advice is you to do you and if means getting in the van alone with an acoustic guitar than do it! I have done that too!

too many to count over the different projects over the years but as Simplemission around 40 songs or so
Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?
Makes me wanna dance is a fun one which is bit interperspective! I am not a dancer by any means but always enjoy watching others let it all out on a dance floor with envy. The song is inspired and written for the shy ones that dream of dancing or some other challenge they may be too shy to try but they will do anything for the one they love and just go for it. Thats where MariMae steps in, she is the main character in the lyrics that I will just do anything for and who knows maybe even dance!
