Where are you based?
I am based in Sweden
How long have you been making music?
I have composed since I was 8 years old.
What genre would you consider your music to be?
I have released music in multiple genres, pop, rock, dance, singer songwriter and gospel/Christian. I have also coworked with the American rapper Magneto Dayo.
What inspired you to pursue a career in music?
Music has always been a big part of my life. I fell in love with the piano that we had at home and loved to sing and play. My both parents were good singers. My father was a priest and we had often meetings at home, with a lot of singing. I became early a member of the congregation choir. I also loved to listen to the music on radio and records. I started taking piano lessons as a child.
What are your biggest musical influences?
My biggest influence is Judith Durham, the Australian singer and her band The Seekers. ABBA is also my influence.
Are you signed to a label or are you an independent artist?
I am independent artist and nowadays I have a label of my own.
What have been the biggest challenges in your music career?
The biggest challenge has been to reach out to big public as independent artist. The national radio and TV mostly feature artists that already have a big following. Also, Spotify and YouTube algorithms prefer artists with big following and lots of streams.
How many songs or albums have you released to date?
I have released 8 albums, 3 EPs and 24 singles. I have 12 of my songs featured in the Movipod Musical “Anna’s Angels”, released 2024.
Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?
My latest single is a Christian/Gospel single Show Me The Light, produced by Sundown Sessions Studio in USA. I have also released Show Me The Light Official Music Video. I hope that my new single reaches many listeners. The message of the song is important. I have got some great comments on YouTube about it. Music is written by me and lyrics by Gary Cornman, USA. Daniel Lantz, Do Music Records, recorded my vocals.
Any plans for new music or upcoming projects we should know about?
I plan to release a new single. It is a new very exciting collaboration. I will tell you more when it is time for the release. I also plan to release new videos and to send songs to music supervisors, for sync opportunities.
