Los Angeles

How long have you been making music?
Over 8 years!

What genre would you consider your music to be?
American Earthing is a Children’s Song, but my other albums and singles are Country.

What inspired you to pursue a career in music?
Always loved singing, as I come from a family of singers. My mom opened the 1964 World’s Fair in NY as a soloist. After pressed into service to sing at a guitar “meet up”, I decide to get singing lessons with Sue Fink (Angel City Chorale) and off I went.

What are your biggest musical influences?
Biggest influences were originally going to Temple and hearing and joining the services. Then went to a lot of small venues to hear blues (Lightning Hopkins, John Hammond). Also influenced by Dylan, the Beatles and the Stones.

I’m an independent artist

What have been the biggest challenges in your music career?
Challenges include keeping a band together and getting the sound I want. Also, trying to be a better musician (rhythm guitar)

How many songs or albums have you released to date?
I’m currently working on my third album and I have 6 singles

Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?
My latest release was a duet with my Granddaughter Jules called American Earthling. I hope it becomes an anthem for this decade where it promotes love and cooperation. The companion music video was a winner at the Europe Music Video Awards

Any plans for new music or upcoming projects we should know about?
I’m planning on more live performances in LA over the next few months and working on new songs all the time.
