Where are you based?
Shelby, Mississippi

How long have you been making music?
7 years

What genre would you consider your music to be?
I think I have a mixed genre. I don’t think there is a name for what I do. Melodic Pain Rap? Hick Hick Rap? R&B Rap? I’m just so versatile

What inspired you to pursue a career in music?
The “What” has always been the chance to tell my mom & dad that they don’t have to work anymore. The chance to get my family out of Mississippi & show them there’s more out here in the world than just Shelby.

What are your biggest musical influences?
I don’t think it’s a situation of what. It’s more of who. Michael Jackson, Rod Wave, & Fetty Wap are the biggest influences in me pursuing this career

Are you signed to a label or are you an independent artist?
I’m an independent artist

What have been the biggest challenges in your music career?
Being able to promote and market my music and brand with little finances. I have the talent and skill and stage presence and spirit of a star, but I don’t have a team behind me or anything like that

How many songs or albums have you released to date?
16 singles released and another release scheduled for September 30th

Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?
I can tell you it’s a very personal release. I intel of situations between me and my younger brother and the time I was homeless with my big brother. I think this song was me venting about things I had no other way of getting out

Any plans for new music or upcoming projects we should know about?
September 30th I have a song releasing entitled “Throwin Dat Ass” There may be a mini video/visual also so stay tuned
