Minneapolis-ish

How long have you been making music?
Ooof – many decades. 35 years? More? And much of that, together in various bands (we’ve known each other since we were kiddos)

What genre would you consider your music to be?
Rock and Roll. Or Power Slop. But mainly Rock and Roll.

What inspired you to pursue a career in music?
Each of us were kids of the 80’s – MTV, Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. We wanted to be rock stars. Now, we just want keep writing songs and making records.

What are your biggest musical influences?
It varies. From Tom Petty and Wilco, to Kings X, to Marty Robbins, to the Beatles, to K-Pop and Numetal.

Are you signed to a label or are you an independent artist?
Independent baby!

What have been the biggest challenges in your music career?
There was a coming to a realization that we might not become the next biggest thing. That was tough to accept. But int he end, it free’d us up to just create. That’s a good thing.

How many songs or albums have you released to date?
Two albums as HebbaJebba, with a third deeply in the mix.

Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?
Number 2, will be ONE in November! It was a move more toward full band collaboration. Number 3 will be even more-so, and stretch our sonic pallet. Can’t wait!

Any plans for new music or upcoming projects we should know about?
Yes! Number 3, will be a full length, “maybe” a double album. Time will tell. We just keep writing!
